River Watch Mobile

Posted on Monday, March 11 2019

With spring being right around the corner, being from the Edmundston area and having lived in the flood plain area of Fredericton, I know exactly how much the stress level is increasing for people living along the GREAT Saint John River.

Knowing where most condo developments are located, none should have flooding issues, but I figured maybe some of you might have summer homes or cottages in the flood zones.

A group of techy people (CIVIC TECH FREDERICTON), have put together a webpage that can been used on a computer, tablet or smart phone to keep New Brunswickers informed on the coming River Watch program starting tomorrow.

Bernie Connors, a colleague from Service New Brunswick, did an interview on "Information Morning" CBC Radio One Friday to introduce this new app.

It is a free service and can be found at or click HERE.

Un beau geste / Great gesture

Posted on Sunday, December 23 2018

A few days before Christmas, Mr. Armand Saint-Onge donated his piano to a school in the South Francophone School District. Inspired by this beautiful story of sharing, Monique Boudreau, general director, sends her wishes for the holiday season and for the new Year wishing the magic of music in your life.

M. Saint-Onge est un membre appliqué de notre chapitre toujours intéressé d'en apprendre plus sur le monde des condominiums. Il fût dans le passé un député ministre au ministère d'éducation et grand ami de Louis J. Robichaud.

Mr. Saint-Onge is a member of our Chapter and always interested in learning about the world of condominiums. He was also a deputy minister in the Dept. of Education and a great friend of Louis J. Robichaud.

The video is in French but basically he states he did not have the chance to have a piano in his family when he was young and had to go to his neighbors to play and hopes by sharing this gift with these young students will help them get the feeling of music.
