A group of 4 condominium industry professionals will provide ideas on how a condominium corporation can avoid risk and protect the corporation's insurance coverage.
Time: 6:30 - 8:0o pm (registration begins at 6:10)
Location: Saint John, NB
Registration fee: $20 per person for members, $40 per person for non-members
(memberships can be paid at the door)
Open to all CCI NB members and interested persons.

Judy Orr, CCINB Vice President and owner of Condo-Link Services
Andrew Costin, CCINB Director, lawyer and partner with Gorman Nason Law
James Higgins, CIP, President of Higgins Insurance

What is CM 100?
CM 100 is the introductory level of study for condominium management. It reviews the governance of condos, legal issues, management styles, financial and administrative issues, reserve fund studies, and reserve funds. This course is recommended for condo board members and industry professionals. Anyone interested in learning more about condominiums is welcome to attend.

Parking for those attending the directors' forum is available as follows:
• several handicap parking spaces are available outside the front entrance for those who have a disabled
• visitor parking is at the rear of the building
• there is additional parking on the street in front of the building on Serenity Lane
• You are encouraged to car pool to the event
Attendees may enter the building by either the front door or back door. Someone from YCCC18 will greet you and give directions to the common room.
