Fredericton: May 24th, 6:30-8:30 and Moncton May 25th, 1:00-3:00 P.M.

Only two weeks left to register for our last seminar of the year. Our young speakers are moving to become specialty lawyers in the condominium industry and are well versed and quite knowledgeable with condominium issues. It would be very unfortunate if we had to cancel due to low attendance. We have to consider their need to drive from Halifax to offer us their knowledge and the cost of the venues to host this seminar.

We have space for 30-35 people so don’t hesitate and click Register today or (See poster)

(Voir l’affiche)

River Watch Mobile

With spring being right around the corner, being from the Edmundston area and having lived in the flood plain area of Fredericton, I know exactly how much the stress level is increasing for people living along the GREAT Saint John River.

Knowing where most condo developments are located, none should have flooding issues, but I figured maybe some of you might have summer homes or cottages in the flood zones.

A group of techy people (CIVIC TECH FREDERICTON), have put together a webpage that can been used on a computer, tablet or smart phone to keep New Brunswickers informed on the coming River Watch program starting tomorrow.

Bernie Connors, a colleague from Service New Brunswick, did an interview on "Information Morning" CBC Radio One Friday to introduce this new app.

It is a free service and can be found at or click HERE.
