Estate Planning - Planifcation d'une succession

Posted on Wednesday, May 09 2018

We had a full house last evening for a very interesting presentation by Monica Barley, Partner with Actus Law, on a topic which is obviously her specialty.

The atmosphere was amazing even if the topic is usually shied away from because of our human nature that we are too young to think of it. There will be time for this later. I am certain everyone’s questions were answered. We also had the opportunity to welcome many members who are not regulars at our events.

Special thanks to all / Merci à tous

Request for records

Here is a great video pertaining to the request from owners to condominium corporation boards asking to view their records. CLICK

This video is produced by CCI Toronto. You can also find other informative videos on condominium topics under this same tab. CLICK.

Some of these videos refer to the ACT. But, they are referring to the Ontario Act and not the New Brunswick Condominium Property Act. In some cases the New Brunswick legislation is similar, but not always. SO TAKE THE INFORMATION IN CONTEXT.
